La Maison de la Pépée was designed to be lived in, not just used. Nestled in Groslée-Saint-Benoît, in the heart of Bugey, less than 90 minutes from Lyon and Geneva, it welcomes up to 8 guests in 100 m²—perfect for families or friends seeking to slow down together, with no set plans.
THE ACCOMMODATION
Three bedrooms, spacious living room, bathroom. Fully equipped private kitchen: bean-to-cup coffee machine, washer, dryer. Each room has heat pump heating. Baby bed, high chair, and toys for little ones. Discreet workspace for those who need it, but there’s no rush.
Outside: private garden with barbecue facing the mountains, loungers to relax, terrace, parking, bike storage, and EV charging station. Self check-in.
