Welcome to our exquisite VillaVilla pool house, perfectly situated near Marielyst\\'s white sandy beach, restaurants, and shops. This spacious house features three separate sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom, and a large loft for additional guests. Quality is paramount in this property, especially in the impressive pool area, boasting a 22 m2 pool with a water slide, a six-person whirlpool, and a spacious sauna. The house also includes two activity rooms, one equipped with table tennis, darts, table football, a PlayStation 3, and air hockey, and the other featuring a billiards table, darts, and a bar with a fridge. The large, well-equipped kitchen provides plenty of room for multiple cooks. Outside, a large, partially covered terrace with high-quality garden furniture awaits, perfect for enjoying the Danish summer. The extensive grounds, partially enclosed by a 150 cm fence, include swings and a sandbox for younger guests.
