On the ground floor, there is a separate 35 m² apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area—ideal for accompanying grandparents, teenagers, or couples who value extra privacy.



The pool can be heated on request for an extra fee, and features Roman steps, a bench, and an outdoor shower. It is nestled in a well-kept garden with palm trees. Several terraces, atmospheric lighting, and a fenced property create the perfect setting for relaxing holidays.
