The central yet quiet location of our vacation apartment opens up many possibilities for you. We usually welcome you in person. Simply let us know your approximate arrival time.

This is a gift from your host and gives you access to over 80 leisure activities in the region – summer and winter, indoor and outdoor, for all ages. These include golf, tennis, natural swimming pools, cycling, skiing, ice skating, hiking, tobogganing, climbing, thermal baths, wellness, cinema, swimming lakes, buses and trains, and much more. And the weather doesn't matter, because there's something for every weather and every season!

Sauna / infrared cabin

The lockable wellness area with sauna and infrared cabin is located on the ground floor, as is the vacation apartment. It has a relaxation area and a guest toilet.

The sauna and infrared cabin are available for our guests to use.
As the area is also used by the hosts from time to time, we ask you to coordinate your desired times with us in advance. This allows us to give you instructions and ensure that the area is thoroughly cleaned.

Electric LED fireplace

The modern LED fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere – perfect for relaxing in the evening or warming your feet on cooler days.

Terrace & garden

A private terrace directly adjacent to the apartment with a large parasol and a pergola in the garden invite you to relax, enjoy the evening sun, and dine outdoors.
We are happy to provide a gas grill on request for cozy barbecue evenings.

❄️ Important note – winter arrival

In case of snowfall or thaw, there is a risk of roof avalanches in the area of the guest parking lot at the house. A warning sign is posted on site.

In these cases, the parking lot at the house may only be used for loading and unloading.
For longer parking, public parking spaces are available approx. 100 m away opposite the fire station (red building).

Use of the parking lot in the danger zone is at your own risk.
