A restaurant and shops can be reached in a few minutes and are only 100 metres away. The house is situated on a fenced plot of approx. 600 m² with garden. The landlord lives on the first floor. There is a private car park on the property. The 60 m² Sergio holiday flat for 4-5 people is located on the ground floor of the house and has a kitchen-cum-living room with dining table, a pull-out couch, satellite TV, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/WC and a lovely terrace with garden furniture. Air conditioning and WLAN internet connection are available free of charge.

Ideal gelegen

Wir haben 3 Nächte in Porec verbracht, mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen. Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen, kein Auto notwendig, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen: Geschäfte, Strände, Stadtzentrum. Eine sehr gut gepflegte Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert. Ein sehr positiver Punkt: Haushaltswäsche wird zur Verfügung gestellt, Handtücher und Bett bereits gemacht. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihre Unterkunft.
