The residence is located in the small village of Susnjici, not far from Porec. The nearest shop and restaurant are only 3.5 km away. Guests have access to a 44 m² communal pool, parking spaces for several vehicles, a swing for children and an oak forest where children can play safely in a 4000 m² partially fenced garden. A beautiful covered summer kitchen with barbecue and seating is also available to guests. The landlord lives on the first floor of the house. The courtyard is located on a relatively busy road. The holiday apartment for three to five people is located on the ground floor of the house opposite the pool and has an area of 60 m². It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining table, a pull-out couch for one person and a covered terrace with garden furniture for outdoor dining. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and terrace, a smaller room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
