It features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, with a staircase leading to a loft sleep area that has two single beds (low height). The ground floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, a fold-out sofa in the living area, and a bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The living room has a TV with German channels, a CD/DVD player, and a wood-burning stove. Heating is provided by an air heat pump. Guests have access to a communal rowing boat from mid-May to mid-September. A high chair and a travel cot for children are also available. Bedding and towels can be optionally rented for an additional fee.

The vacation home is located in a tranquil area near Rådasjön, just 150 meters from a family-friendly bathing spot. Guests can relax on the outdoor terrace, which is equipped with furniture and a grill, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
