At the Levetzow Manor House, you can expect a spacious atmosphere, and in the holiday apartments, a blend of comfort, modernity, and “old-world charm.”
The Levetzow Manor House, as the centrepiece of the former manorial estate of the same name, has a rich history spanning over 750 years. Generations of noble families, bourgeois families, and, more recently, the local community have shaped the nature—and, in particular, the pace—of life here. I took over ownership and responsibility a decade ago; since spring 2023, the house has offered two holiday apartments for those seeking relaxation who value the harmony between people and nature. Pure relaxation or activities for body and mind—whatever you prefer.
Located in the heart of Northwest Mecklenburg and also in the immediate hinterland of the Baltic Sea, our little corner of the world is characterised by the down-to-earth nature of its people and the richness of its natural surroundings. Here, as you hike through fields, meadows, and forests, you can truly breathe freely, linger by streams, hills, and ponds, and observe the unspoiled flora and fauna.
Time-honored Hanseatic and royal cities such as Wismar (8 km), Rostock (55 km), and Schwerin (35 km) frame this landscape, which gently slopes down towards the Baltic Sea. Popular Baltic Sea resorts such as the island of Poel, Kühlungsborn, Rerik, and Boltenhagen are just a half-hour drive away.
Two holiday apartments, identical in size and amenities, are available; they were first ready for occupancy in the spring of 2023. Each apartment measures 51 square metres, is designed for two people, and features a living area with a dining nook, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a modern, open kitchen.
TV, Wi-Fi, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, hair dryer, etc., are of course provided. You’ll find plenty of dishes and glasses, as well as a starter supply of tea and ingredients for cooking and baking. Please understand that pets are not allowed and that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments.

A small recreation room with a ping-pong table is available for your use.
