Visitor’s tax/lodging tax for the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

We warmly welcome you to our beautiful new Marienblick holiday loft, spread over two floors in Haus Simone, right in the heart of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. Here in a central location in the Old Town, just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Harbour and Market Square, you’ll find our approximately 85 m² holiday apartment, designed as a loft on the 2nd and 3rd floors of our completely renovated Old Town house, Simone. With its two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, our holiday apartment accommodates up to four people and features bright, welcoming rooms, as well as tasteful, high-quality furnishings and amenities. Wismar is known for its diverse cultural offerings, including exhibitions, concerts, city tours, Brick Gothic architecture, and much more.
