The open-concept living and dining area is the heart of the home: bathed in light, inviting, and featuring a large panoramic window that brings nature right into the living room. This is where you cook, laugh, read, and simply live together. The fully equipped Frisian kitchen leaves nothing to be desired—with a refrigerator that includes a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a washing machine, and a convenient pantry. Two cosy bedrooms accommodate up to four people. The living space is complemented by a modern shower room and a separate guest bathroom. Outside, two favourite spots await: On the east-facing terrace, you can start your day with the morning sun and a cup of coffee. The large main terrace invites you to sunbathe, relax, and enjoy yourself from noon into the evening—with an unobstructed view of the greenery. A small garage is available for bicycles, and your car can be parked safely in the large carport right next to the house. Especially dog-friendly: The Lund36 is ideal for holidays with your four-legged friend. Numerous walking trails in the immediate vicinity, plenty of nature, and a fully fenced-in property ensure freedom and safety—for both people and dogs. A starter set of bed linens and towels is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be booked as needed.
