Klein aber fein :)

Diese kleine Ferienwohnung war für unseren Urlaub (2 Personen, 1 Haustier) absolut ausreichend. Die Lage war super: Man hatte es nicht weit zu diversen Restaurants und Läden oder auch zum Strand. Dass ein Strandkorb zur Wohnung gehört, ist ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben. Die Schlüsselübergabe via Tresor mit Code funktionierte wunderbar, ansonsten mussten wir die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur gar nicht weiter in Anspruch nehmen. Ein paar Abzüge gibt es für die Küche (wir kamen mit der Warm-Wasser-Technik - Knopf drücken, damit es warm wird - nicht so gut zurecht und beim Wasserkocher arretierte der Knopf nicht mehr, sodass man ihn immer festhalten musste). Auch wären dünnere Decken im Sommer ideal und ein paar neue Knöpfe an der Bettwäsche. Das ist aber wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau, denn alles in Allem ist die Ferienwohnung für einen Urlaub vollkommen ausreichend und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wären nicht an wichtigen Punkte dickes Minus - ein gutes Angebot.

Die Lage des Objektes ist perfekt. Sehr zentral mit vielen Parkplätzen direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist selbst etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber größtenteils zweckmäßig. Positiv ist auch ein Strandkorb zu erwähnen, der mit dabei war. Negativ: Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind eine kostenpflichtige Zusatzleistung. Dies würde weder bei der Buchung noch bei den Bestätigungsemails erwähnt. Grundsätzlich sollte die Bettwäsche als Inklusivleistung dazu gehören. In einem Nebensatz einer letzten Mail war dies erst erwähnt. Die Küche verfügt leider nicht über einen Backofen, aber einem alten Toaster (Made in West-Germany). Dieser Toaster ist bereits defekt und ein Brand-Risiko. Wir konnten ihn nicht mehr richtig verwenden. Gebucht wurde die Wohnung auch für 3 Personen. Bei der Anreise wurden Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine dritte Decke selber war leider nicht vorhanden. Die "Notfallnummern" sind dann leider auch nicht in den mitgelieferten Unterlagen angegeben. Man muss diese vor Ort von der Tür abschreiben. Auf Emailanforderung wurde die Decke unverzüglich nachgeliefert. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld - ausgenommen mit der Bettwäsche/Handtücher - war mit der Agentur sonst super. Daher hier 5 Sterne. Die Sauberkeit des Objektes war super. Abzüge durch den alten verdreckten Toaster. Die Beschreibung des Objektes auf Grund der fehlenden Info zur Bettwäsche/Handtücher, dem fehlenden Ofen und veralteten Toaster, fehlende Zudecke hier nur 3 Sterne.

Die Lage war Optimal!

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, was aber ja bekannt war. Allerdings sind für meine Vorstellungen einige Verbesserungen notwendig. Im Bad wäre eine Fugenerneuerung notwendig. Außerdem war es nicht richtig sauber und in der Dusch läuft dass Wasser ganz schlecht ab. Die Rollade am Balkon funktioniert nicht. Außderdem ist bei vorgeschriebener Mülltrennung auch ein entsprechender Mülleimer notwendig.
