The stylish No. 37 fisherman’s cottage combines modern living comfort with traditional charm and offers approximately 100 m² of living space spread over three levels, accommodating up to six people and a maximum of two dogs. The lovingly designed interior creates a cosy atmosphere where families and small groups will immediately feel at home. The inviting living area is the perfect gathering spot for social evenings or relaxing moments. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a direct view from the sofa of the furnished patio with a grill and the usable garden area—ideal for a leisurely breakfast outdoors or a relaxed barbecue.
The bedrooms are designed to offer comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy bedroom with a double box-spring bed. The attic features another bedroom with a double box-spring bed as well as an additional room with two single box-spring beds. A particularly convenient feature: All beds are electrically adjustable, allowing you to customise your sleeping position for a restful night’s sleep. For small children, travel cots (for a fee) and a high chair are available. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, while blackout curtains and roller shades ensure restful nights and privacy.
The two bathrooms on the upper floors are modernly equipped. After an eventful day, you can relax in the spacious main bathroom, which features a sauna (for a fee), a bathtub, or a walk-in shower. The second bathroom in the attic features a shower, offering additional space for your daily routine. Towel warmers and toilets are available in both bathrooms. An additional guest bathroom on the ground floor provides further comfort. The entire house is supplied with hot water via an instantaneous water heater.
You won’t have to go without anything in terms of culinary delights during your stay either: The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and enjoy cosy meals in the adjacent dining area. Right next to the kitchen is a handy storage room for the vacuum cleaner and other household items.
Thanks to the excellent location of Fischerhaus No. 37, the harbour is just 200 metres away. The pier and the beach are also only about 900 metres away, so you can quickly reach the water to take long walks or spend relaxing hours by the sea. Short distances here ensure a particularly relaxing holiday!
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Due to the building’s construction, reception in the attic may vary. A designated parking space in the underground garage (maximum car height 2 m) is included in the rental price. Additional parking spaces are available in the public parking areas in the immediate vicinity. For active guests, there is a lockable bicycle storage room next to the underground garage where you can safely store your bicycles or e-bikes. Pets are welcome upon request for a small fee. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
