Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone und ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock und ist nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Sie bietet ausreichend Ruhe und von dort aus ist alles was man braucht (Strand, Geömitzer Welle, Supermarkt, etc.) fußläufig zu erreichen. Sie war größtenteils sauber nur in manchen Ecken wurde nicht ganz so gründlich gereinigt. Ein Internet-Zugang fehlt und sollte nachgerüstet werden. Einige Geräte und Leuchtmittel waren teilweise Defekt und wurden schon länger nicht überprüft oder ausgetauscht. Der Ausblick in den Stadtpark wird durch große Bäume versperrt, dafür hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Friedhof. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok, wenngleich wir für den Preis etwas mehr erwartet hatten.

Perfekte Wohnung. Alles genau wie beschrieben. Liegt genau in der Fußgängerzone im Verkehrsberuhigten Bereich. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Sehr zum Vorteil.

Im Herzen eines der schönsten Ostseebäder - Grömitz

Wir haben die Woche neben dem erholsamen Kurpark und gegenüber einiger Restaurants in der Fußgängerzone genossen. Vom Appartement aus kann man alles was man benötigt direkt und fussläufig in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen. Über einen renovierten Hausflur erreicht man über zwei Etagen das geräumige Dachgeschoss. Vom Balkon aus hat man die Ostsee und die „Zukunft“ im Blick. Auch ohne WLAN weiß man sich die Zeit zu vertreiben.
