Above the Graacher Himmelreich, on the outskirts of Graacher Schäferei, you’ll find the “Im Weingarten” holiday rental in a quiet location. You can park your car right in front of the house. This cosy holiday rental, located on the upper floor of a three-family home, offers guests superior comfort with three bedrooms for up to five people, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace and a modern dining area, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. From the two available balconies, you can enjoy views of Landshut Castle or the Moselle River towards Zeltingen during beautiful sunsets. Right from the apartment, you can take walks through the vineyards and marvel at the unique views of the Moselle Valley. Storage space for bicycles and/or motorcycles is available.

110-square-meter holiday apartment on the upper floor of a three-family house; 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with private bathroom facilities;
spacious living room with dining area, TV, and fireplace; fully equipped kitchen with dining area; Bathroom with shower, whirlpool tub, and toilet; 2 balconies
-Other amenities: Hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, kitchen towels, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ironing board with iron, radio alarm clock, washing machine, dryer, and much more. 



On-site fees: A 20% deposit is due within one week of booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer no later than one week before arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell at the building’s entrance on the middle floor (ground floor) to check in with Ms. Annemarie Bornemann, who will provide you with the keys and the house rules. The holiday rental itself is located on the top floor of the building. You can park your vehicle for free in front of the building in the parking space designated for the holiday rental. Supervision of small children is important when using the balcony. The fireplace can only be operated electrically (no heat output)—use of an open fire is not permitted



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
