With the bus stop right nearby, you can reach Wismar’s old town in 5 minutes.<br>Shopping, a bus stop, and a petrol station are all within walking distance (1 minute).<br>There are several parking spots available right in front of the holiday home.<br>The holiday home features a lockable storage area for bicycles or motorcycles.<br>In addition, there is a paved area with a seating area and a grill in the courtyard.<br>Layout of the holiday home<br>The holiday home (100 m² for up to 6 people) features a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, a bedroom on the ground floor with a single bed, a bedroom on the upper floor with 2 single beds, and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. There is also an additional bathroom with a sink on the upper floor.<br>Wi-Fi is available.<br>This is a non-smoking property—pets are not allowed!<br><br>Important! Due to construction work on the neighbouring property, there is noise from the construction site. We have factored this into the prices accordingly. Therefore, the property is now only rented to companies and technicians.
