You’ll stay in a quiet, nature-filled setting right on the Steyr River, accessible via a private path that’s also a popular hiking trail—perfect for setting out right from your doorstep.

The first-floor holiday apartment features high-quality amenities, underfloor heating, and plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. In the fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area 🍽️, you can cook together and plan your day. The modern bathroom with a rain shower 🚿 ensures relaxing moments after an active day in the mountains.

In the first bedroom, featuring a large queen-size bed 🛏️, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom, with a large pull-out couch, offers additional sleeping space, and of course, a cot 👶 is available for the youngest guests—ideal for your family holiday.

A real highlight is the balcony with a stunning view of the mountains and the property’s own lake 🌄🌊—perfect for your morning coffee ☕ or a relaxing end to the evening. For sports and fun, there’s a game room with billiards, foosball, and table tennis 🎱⚽🏓.

The game room on the ground floor is available for all guests to share and is equipped with a pool table, a ping-pong table, and foosball—ideal for spending time together no matter the weather.
On the ground floor, there is also a small staircase leading to a checkers table, which all guests are welcome to use.
