ANKERPLATZ is one of a total of four residential units in a naval building that we extensively renovated in 2017–18. In doing so, we preserved the charm of the old building and enhanced it with modern amenities.

The ground floor features a kitchen-dining area equipped with high-quality Miele appliances. From here, you can access the bright living area, which features an electric fireplace, as well as the south-facing terrace. The first bedroom, which gets morning sun, features two box-spring beds that can be used as single or double beds as needed. It also has custom-built closets and a TV. A shower room completes the ground floor.

The basement features another large bedroom with 200x200 box-spring beds, custom-built closets, a TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also a third bedroom with 180x200 box-spring beds, a custom-built closet, and a TV. The in-house wellness area, featuring a rain shower, a bathtub, an extra-wide sink, a radio, a toilet, and a sauna, helps you relax during your holiday.

A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge for doing laundry as needed. Each unit also has a parking space.
