Stunning home in Colonia de Sant Pere with house sea view

If you want to spend your holiday in a beautiful beach house in Colonia Sant Pere, this is the place for you. You can listen to the sound of the sea waves and look out over the bay of Alcúdia on the opposite shore.

The villa itself is located directly by the sea. It is spread over three floors. At the top there is a roof terrace with wonderful sea views. On the lower covered terrace you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning and the unique panorama. In addition, you can end a busy day's holiday in a wonderful atmosphere and watch the twinkling lights in the distance. Perhaps you would like to stock up on regional delicacies at the surrounding markets and enjoy them at an evening barbecue. For your comfort, you will find a shower next to the hedge in the garden so you can rinse off the salt water. You can relax in the Mediterranean sun on the sun loungers in the small but lovely garden. It is best to park your car on the roadside directly in front of the house.



Inside, Villa Randemar has a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living/dining room. Both the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning so that a pleasant temperature can be set at all times. On the ground floor of the house is the living/dining room and the open-plan kitchen, as well as a shower room. The living room has an original and cheerful design. The corner sofa is a wonderful place to make yourself comfortable, and the typical rocking chairs invite you to linger. In cooler temperatures, you can warm yourself cosily with the wood-burning stove. The flat-screen TV is also comfortably positioned here, so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxing film evening. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, double sink, ceramic hob, oven, extractor bonnet, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. You even have a sea view while you are busy in the kitchen!

The washing machine is in the utility room. The bathroom is in typical Mallorcan style and has recessed mirrors with decorative tiled edges. Before you fall asleep, you can watch the lights of Alcúdia; when you wake up, the morning sun's rays are already sparkling on the sea. The shutters in both bedrooms can be raised or lowered with a remote control.



Villa Randemar is located on the bay of Alcúdia in the village of S'Estanyol in Colonia San Pere, part of the municipality of Artà. This place is very quiet and there are only a handful of houses in the area. In the immediate vicinity you will find the long beach of S'Arenal de Sa Canova. You can easily get there in three minutes on foot. The coast here is beautifully unspoilt. The beach and the inland are nature reserves. Even in the middle of summer, there are no crowds to be seen. If you want, you can go on kilometre-long hikes here. About two kilometres from the villa, to the east, is the bay of Colonia San Pere with its beach promenade, restaurants and marina, which is ideal for swimming. The promenade is protected by a jetty and the calm waters with gently sloping shores are very popular with families with children. The beach directly in front of the villa is a pebble beach. As soon as you enter the water, you come across sand. Make sure you pack your swimming goggles, as you will find beautiful underwater plants, tiny glittering fish and crabs in the small indentations in the rocks.

In Colonia you can go shopping, stroll around the harbour or sample delicious Mediterranean dishes in excellent restaurants right by the sea. The journey time by car to Palma de Mallorca Airport is around one hour.
