With a total living space of 450 m², divided into different residential units, this beautiful villa is ideal for a larger group of travellers. Whether you are travelling with several generations of a family or several groups of friends with or without children, here you will find enough space for your personal requirements while guaranteeing maximum privacy. At the same time, you can enjoy pleasant group socialising in the communal areas inside and out. The main building has three double rooms and one triple room; the guest house has one double room and one room with a sofa bed.







The traditional quarry stone villa has various living areas and an additional guest house. The appearance of the villa and the small mill are relics of the former agricultural use of the property and are transformed into a testimony to traditional Mallorca with an absolutely modern and sophisticated guise. The cosy living rooms are characterised by a modern interior design with comfortable seating areas by the LCD TV and fireplace. You can certainly spend a few chilly nights here in style. You can even play the piano. Two fully equipped kitchen areas make everyday cooking a pleasure. Prepare the meal with fresh meat and vegetables available at the weekly market in Son Servera. If some members of your travelling party like to spend some time together, you can conveniently facilitate this with a separate dining table in each kitchen. Enjoy the company at the American bar in both kitchens while you cook. The bedrooms emphasise the inviting character of the house. The complete bathrooms are timelessly modern.



The outdoor area is particularly attractive and offers ample seating for two to countless people. The tall and stately trees on the property bear witness to the venerable history of this well-kept estate. Take a seat on one of the terraces or balconies, the covered terrace or the terrace surrounded by flowers. Plenty of opportunities to enjoy the warm, pleasant Mediterranean climate. The terrace around the impressive 50 m² pool with a depth of 2.5 metres is equipped with 12 sun loungers for extensive sunbathing. The little ones can splash around in the small separate children's pool. The covered terrace next to the house is a wonderful place to sunbathe together, spend a lovely evening at the barbecue or simply relax. The countless outdoor seating options actually offer a view of the sea and the lush green areas. The ambience of the classically elegant Villa Bosco is impressive across the board, complemented by modern elements that leave nothing to be desired.



The lavish Villa Bosco impresses with its generous living space and well-kept floor plan, ideal for a large travelling party or two families. The villa is located near Son Carrio, a pretty village in the eastern part of the island. In a prime natural location, you can also enjoy the convenient proximity to villages such as Artà and Manacor. The popular sandy beaches on the east coast, such as Sa Coma, Cala Millor or S'Illot, can be easily reached by hire car.
