Villa Perello has a special charm with its apricot-coloured paint, the adjoining grove and the beautiful covered veranda. The combination of terrace and pool area of the villa forms the centrepiece of the property with its 4,000 square metre plot. The beautifully framed 48 square metre private pool has a depth of 1.90 metres. There is convenient step access on the entry side. Comfortable loungers invite you to relax in the sun or in the natural shade and pamper your soul. A few steps lead up to the house, under which there is a wonderful, large covered terrace that invites you to linger. A variety of seating furniture, such as rocking chairs or comfortable seating at square or round dining tables, offer the opportunity to settle down comfortably as the mood takes you. A fantastic place to enjoy a hearty breakfast with friends, for example. You can also enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery during a cosy barbecue at night and sample the delicious regional ingredients. This is the ideal way to round off a busy day's holiday.







Villa Perello can accommodate up to 12 people. The house therefore has six double rooms and five bathrooms. Four of these are luxurious en-suites. It also has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle and filter coffee machine are provided), which includes another lovely dining area for at least six people and an adjoining living area. Here you can really cosy up by a small fire on chilly evenings while sitting on the comfortable sofas next to the fireplace. You can also enjoy a good book or an entertaining film here. Three bedrooms in the house are each equipped with 1.50 x 2.00 metre double beds and 0.90 x 2.00 metre combined single beds. You are sure to find the peace and quiet you have been longing for in the beautiful and spacious rooms. The bright bathrooms are friendly and functional. Hairdryers and irons are at your disposal, so you don't have to bring them from home. If required, up to three cots and highchairs are also available. The hot/cold air conditioning system is conveniently located in all bedrooms and in the living room.



Portcolom is home to the largest natural harbour on the island. Although today it is mainly used for private boat traffic, it is still the most important fishing harbour on Mallorca. The harbour promenade with its bars and restaurants is an inviting place to stroll, especially at night. In addition to the harbour, the small old town is also worth a visit. There is a small hotel district in the southern part of Portocolom. Behind it is the bay of Cala Marcal, which is ideal for swimming. Near the residential neighbourhood of Sa Punta, you will find two other smaller beaches on the opposite side of the bay.



Less than eight kilometres from the east coast is the secluded Villa Perello in a small wood. The beautiful harbour promenade of Portocolom with its inviting bars, restaurants and supermarkets is just a 10-minute drive away. The local bathing bays are also within easy reach.
