Inside, the modern and stylish villa has a large living room with high-gloss sandstone tiles, white walls and cosy antique furniture that create a warm ambience. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for self-catering and offer modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
The villa offers four spacious bedrooms, each harmoniously designed and equipped with additional furniture. A bright staircase leads to an upper balcony overlooking the tranquil garden, ensuring a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. Enjoy evenings barbecuing fresh produce from local markets in this idyllic setting.
It is only 1000 metres to the famous weekly market that takes place in Inca on Thursdays. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the other towns and sights of the island very quickly. The beautiful beaches, such as those in the bay of Alcúdia, are approx. 20 km away, which is a manageable distance in a hire car.
The optional use of the heating is to be paid in cash on site.
Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30.
