Nestled on the hill of Cap Vermell, overlooking the glittering bay, the elegant Villa Torre de Heretat offers a blend of modern comfort and breathtaking views.



This beautiful property has a versatile outdoor space that allows guests to enjoy sun or shade as they move between the terraces. Take a refreshing dip in the pool before relaxing on the sun loungers or, if you're feeling energised, head down the steps to the beach.



The centrepiece of the villa is a spacious, light-filled living room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen that offers direct access to the pool and barbecue terrace. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor. Climb the external spiral staircase to the upper level and you will find a luxurious bedroom with sea views and en-suite bathroom. On the next floor there are three further double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and two with a shared bathroom, all furnished with wooden furniture and generously proportioned.



The luxurious terraced villa Torre de Heretat has an impressive location, only about 500 metres by stairs from the water and the beach and only a few kilometres away by car. Situated in the attractive eastern neighbourhood of Cap Vermell, close to the golf course. The small town of Canyamel has a supermarket, a bank and restaurants. For larger shopping trips, drive about 10 kilometres in the direction of Cala Ratjada and then continue to the naturally protected bays such as Cala Mesquida and Cala Agulla.
