Ferienwohnung mit einigen Abstrichen

Die Fewo ist recht zentral gelegen, nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg bis zum Strand. Sie liegt in einem gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Schwimmbad im Nachbarhaus kann mitbenutzt werden. Es ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Jedoch ist das Wasser sehr kalt. Leider war die Wohnung nicht so sauber wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Viele Spinnweben und Spinnen, vor allem im Untergeschoss, wo sich die beiden Schlafzimmer befanden. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die Einrichtung der Küche müsste mal überholt werden. 2 Dosenöffner die nicht funktionierten, nur 3 Esslöffel und ziemlich viel zusammengewürfelte Utensilien. Das hatten wir in anderen Ferienwohnungen schon deutlich besser. Leider ist auch der Balkon so klein, dass wenn sich bereits 3 Personen darauf befinden, man nicht mehr problemlos aneinander vorbeikommt. Wir waren nur 2 Tage dort, einen längeren Urlaub könnte ich mir darin nicht vorstellen.

FeWo ok, Ausstattung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen

Ferienwohnung sehr sauber, ruhige Lage, Fußweg zum Strand ca 7-8 min. Man hat alles was man braucht, allerdings ist die Ausstattung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen: Durchgesessenes Sofa, alte Küchengeräte, kein WLan, Fön pustet nur laues Lüftchen. Balkon sehr klein und hellhörig. Pluspunkte: Blick ins Grüne und schöne Spazierwege drumherum, kühles Schlafzimmer im Souterrain und gute Matratzen. Wir hatten super Wetter und in Cuxhaven und drumherum gibt es viel zu sehen.
