This accessible, low-barrier holiday apartment on the first floor offers around 42 m² of space, including a 5 m² balcony, for up to 4 guests (standard occupancy: 2). Lovingly furnished and thoughtfully designed, it provides a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy Smart TV, landline, and Wi-Fi. Dogs and cats are welcome. The entrance area features a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your stay. The adjoining dining and living area invites you to relax and enjoy the evening sun on the balcony. The front sleeping area offers ample space to move around. At the back, there is a workspace with desk and office chair by the window. The bathroom is suitable for electric wheelchairs and will be renovated in spring, with the bathtub replaced by a walk-in shower. The balcony is currently not barrier-free. The apartment is accessible via a spacious elevator and is designed to accommodate guests with limited mobility (with an accompanying person). All doors (2 are sliding doors) are at least 80 cm wide. The toilet is standard height and includes a built-in bidet. Grab bars are installed in the bathroom and entrance area. Two beds have adjustable slatted frames. Modifications do not meet DIN standards.



A local tourist tax applies. The Baltic Sea resort, about 20 km northeast of Kiel, features a long sandy beach with many leisure options, well-developed cycling and hiking trails, and dog-friendly beaches. The Ostsee-Klinik Holm is just a short walk away. Outpatient care services are available for guests with special needs.
