Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Families will find 3 high chairs and 3 cots available. Additional amenities include a capsule coffee machine, self check-in, and breakfast included.



Outdoors, relax in the private garden, on 3 private balconies, or on the uncovered terrace with stunning sea and mountain views. The private outdoor pool operates from April 1st to October 30th. Unwind with the outdoor shower and private barbecue. Guests are greeted with homemade olive oil, local fruit, homemade honey, and 4 bicycles for exploring.



There is 1 private garage space and unlimited street parking. Up to 3 pets are allowed. Beach towels and a shared bike storage area are provided. Events are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.



The villa is in the privileged Bochali area, offering panoramic views of the town and Ionian Sea. Enjoy peace and privacy with direct access to the center, beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Airport transfer and car rental services are available for an extra fee.
