Welcome to Wiesenidylle at Weidelandfarm—a spacious, lovingly furnished holiday home surrounded by nature, just about 40 minutes south of Berlin. Here, families, friends, and nature lovers will find plenty of space, peace and quiet, and authentic farm life. The holiday home is ideal for 4–6, or possibly 7, people and offers a harmonious blend of comfort, cosiness, and rustic charm. Warm natural colours, high-quality materials, and plenty of light create a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere. 🏡 The holiday home features 2 cosy bedrooms with comfortable, large beds and a sleeper sofa in each; a lovingly furnished children’s play area with a large Barbie house; a spacious living and dining area for gathering together and a pull-out couch for sleeping; a fully equipped kitchen for cooking together; a modern bathroom (and an additional guest bathroom if needed); plenty of space—even for multiple generations.🌿 Private barrel sauna with a wood-burning stove. The private barrel sauna in the garden is a special retreat—exclusively for our guests. Heated by a classic wood-burning stove, it radiates a pleasant, natural warmth, accompanied by the soft crackling of the fire and the scent of wood. A sauna session thus becomes a relaxing ritual far removed from everyday life.After your sauna session, lounge chairs with cushions, blankets, and towels invite you to relax. Nestled in the garden, you can enjoy peace, fresh air, and moments of relaxation—in complete privacy and undisturbed. Especially during the cooler months, the barrel sauna becomes a real highlight, turning your stay into a soothing retreat for body and mind.Part of this idyllic meadow setting is a furnished terrace with a view of the greenery—perfect for breakfast in the sun, long summer evenings, or simply to unwind. The spacious courtyard and garden offer plenty of room for children to play and for adults to relax. Weather permitting, a fire pit can also be used for cosy evenings. You can purchase the wood for it from us. Feel free to stop by our small farm shop, which is open on Fridays and Saturdays. The farm shop also features a very spacious, cosy terrace where even larger groups can enjoy a relaxing evening together. For example, if both of our holiday apartments are rented together, groups of up to 11 people can enjoy time together on the farm. 🐄 Farm Life & Surroundings On the Weideland Farm, cows live with their calves, and chickens are housed in mobile coops. Anyone who’d like to (and if the timing works out) is welcome to join us on a tour of the farm or help collect eggs—a real highlight for kids. Tractor go-karts are available for exploring the farm. Lake Riebener is within walking distance and invites you to take a stroll or observe nature in the nature reserve. Glienick Lake (1 km away) is a great spot for swimming, with amenities for a perfect summer day. Good to know: Dogs are welcome (up to 2). Farm store with regional products, ice cream, and coffee. Quiet location, yet with good access to Potsdam and Berlin.
