2** villa The villa is located in one of the most residential areas of Toulon. All the living rooms have a window or French window opening onto the outside. The maximum occupancy of the villa is eight adults and one small child. The villa has a terrace of around 20 m² accessed from two bedrooms (Framboise and Cannelle) with views of Mont Faron. The terrace is equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and parasol for breakfast, sunbathing and meals with a view of the Faron. There are two WCs, four bedrooms, a shower, five washbasins (one in each bedroom and one in the shower room), a kitchen and a terrace. The villa is fully equipped with the latest generation of German radiant heaters (heating like the sun, with no air flow and no dust). You have free and unlimited access throughout the villa to a high-speed WIFI connection. The villa is about 1.8 km from the Mourillon beach (a very large, lively, sandy beach) and about the same distance from the centre of Toulon, i.e. about 20 minutes on foot (3 minutes by car). The villa is about 2 km from Toulon station, i.e. about 30 minutes on foot or 8 minutes by bus (N°39 and N°9). Toulon/Hyères airport is approximately 22 kms from the property, i.e. 25 minutes by car or 40/50 minutes by bus. Parking is on the street and free of charge (which is very, very rare these days in big cities)!!! but no private parking.
THE ROOMS : Four rooms with their own decoration called ''Bord de mer''; ''Cannelle''; ''Framboise''; ''Bocage''. All rooms are equipped with a double bed with a six-legged base and a quality hostel mattress, a washbasin with hot and cold water, a flat-screen TV, storage space, a desk, a chair, blankets, ... In each room we provide organic cosmetic products, a bottle of shampoo, a bottle of shower gel and a bar of soap. We systematically provide disposable sterile sheeting for each bed, as well as disposable pillow protectors, also for single use (replaced for each new traveller).
