In the small house there are 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, open-plan living and dining area and kitchen and a sofa bed. The houses offer space for a maximum of 16 people (6 double beds 4x 1.80m: 2 x 1.60mx2.00m; 3 sofa beds) Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, balcony / terrace. 2 fully equipped kitchens, fireplace and air conditioning.
The distance to the beach is approx. 900m. The beach can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. The bay, where there are several bathing areas, can be reached on foot in approx. 20 minutes. A boat can be provided on request. There are two traditional Dalmatian konobas with very good cuisine in the bay, approx. 5 min. by boat. The centre of Pucisca with restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 5 km away. The town of Bol is approx. 30 min. Driving time away. The ferry harbour in Supetar is approx. 25 min. away. The ferry harbour Sumartin is approx. 30 min. away.
Daily caretaker service for pool and property cleaning. In case of special wishes, the caretaker can organise everything. Please note that the property can be reached via a paved path and an olive path, approx. 200m. Boat hire, barbecue evening, lamb on the spit can be booked or organised.
