In addition, the region offers excellent access to Madeira’s famous Levada hiking trails, making it an ideal base for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts.

💸 Tourist Tax

In the Calheta region, the tourist tax (taxa turística) is 2.00 euros per night per person (children under 12 are exempt). The tourist tax is charged for a maximum of 7 nights per stay.

Pool heating can be booked for 25 € per day (175 € per week).

To ensure the pool is at a comfortable temperature upon your arrival, pool heating must be booked at least 3 days before arrival for the entire stay.

For stays of more than 7 nights, we offer optional professional mid-stay cleaning.

This includes:
