The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, are available in a nearby communal washhouse. Optional services such as end cleaning and linens can be arranged for a fee.
