Vacances à Ajaccio et ses alentours. Le studio se situe proche du centre ville, bord de mer et des commerces. Très bob séjour.

Excellent

Le propriétaire, Alain, est vraiment sympathique et arrangeant au niveau des horaires. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer quoi faire aux alentours d'Ajaccio c'était top ! Quant au logement, il est très pratique, il y a de nombreux rangements et tout le matériel nécessaire pour séjourner. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5-10min du centre d'Ajaccio selon la circulation.

Très déçue

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit au lieu de la semaine. Pas un geste de la part du propriétaire. Aucun moyen de locomotion proche. Pour rejoindre un bus à pied il faut monter sur 1 km et sous le soleil de plomb c'est la catastrophe ! L'appartement n'est pas situé proche des plages et du centre ville. Même pas de micro onde, c'est à l'ancienne.

SITUATION ADEQUATE

Appartement bien situé, tres fonctionnel, calme, à deux pas du centre d'Ajaccio. Liaison par bus à proximité très pratique. Propriétaires très sympa. Amenez vos valises il ne manque rien. Barbecue électrique en terrasse bien apprécié. Bonne literie. Location à recommander pour un couple voir avec un enfant. Places de parking toujours dispo à proximité.

Une belle semaine de vacances

Un appartement bien situé, fonctionnel et bien équipé. La terrasse est un vrai plus, bien ensoleillée et le barbecue est le bienvenu. La résidence est calme, et il est facile de s'y garer (à Ajaccio ce n'est pas rien!!). Parfait pour un couple et un enfant. Nous le recommandons.

Ideale per una settimana!

Appartamento ampio, ben arredato e completo di ogni confort ( lavatrice/forno/forno microonde/aspirapolvere/ asse e ferro da stiro e tutto il necessario per cucinare, non manca davvero nulla). All'ingresso si trova la cucina a vista su "camera e sala" . Pur essendo un monolocale è molto ampio, gli spazi sono ben gestiti e divisi tra loro. Bagno molto grande e nuovo. Posizione tranquilla, distante dal centro , è necessaria la macchina. Facile da trovare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consiglio per chi cerca un appartamento un pò fuori dalla città e magari vuole muoversi anche un pò della zona. Essendo appena fuori, si evita tutto il traffico di Ajaccio.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Le propriétaire était très accueillant. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche d'Ajaccio mais au calme. Il est fonctionnel, très propre, bien équipé, ne manque de rien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le barbecue mis à disposition, ainsi que la place de parking réservée. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander cet endroit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement pratique et vraiment tout confort, à proximité du centre et de tous commerces (10 minute en voiture du centre ville) mais au calme. La petite terrasse est parfaite pour un petit déjeuner ensoleillé. Le rapport qualité/prix est parfait.

Appartement proche plages, bien situé pour balades

Appartement tout équipé, propre mais qui demande à être remis au goût du jour au niveau décoration (salle de bain, peinture....). Bien situé pour les balades à effectuer dans la région et proche des plages. Déçus par certains restaurants, il serait appréciable d'avoir un cahier de commentaires remplis par les divers occupants ou les propriétaires pour nous guider dans le choix des divers commerces, restaurants ou tout autre lieu à ne pas rater. Bon accueil à notre arrivée.

Soggiorno 1 settimana Corsica

Sistemazione molto semplice e pratica per chi ha poche pretese.Si tratta di un monolocale ben distribuito ben attrezzato a cui non manca proprio nulla.Soprattutto molto pulito. Adatto a una coppia. Vicinissimo al centro di Ajaccio, pratica da raggiungere in una zona molto tranquilla ma a due passi dai centri commerciali e supermercati e alle vie di comunicazione principali. Proprietari gentilissimi e cortesi. Personalmente credo ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Unica pecca il materasso: andrebbe cambiato per il resto posso vivamente consigliarlo a dispetto di molti altri appartamenti che ho visto della stessa tipologia a 200 euro di più. Il proprietario è onesto.Non si sa mai a chi invi i soldi invece lui mi ha subito mandato il contratto e ha sempre risposto con celerità e cortesie alle mie email. Proprietari non parlano inglese o italiano ma sono stati molto chiari e carini con noi e non abbiamo avuto problemi.

à refaire sans hésiter !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l'appartement ( au calme et en même temps proche de la ville en voiture) . Terrasse agréable, accessoires au complet il ne manque rien! Très bon rapport qualité/prix Espace chambre séparé du salon très appréciable pour un studio. Petit bémol niveau confort du Matelat mais convenable pour une semaine. Accueil du propriétaire très agréable également. À refaire sans hésiter!
