New 2-bedroom apartment, quiet, with panoramic sea views over the wild coast. Located on the first floor of a high-end villa (ground floor not rented, rarely occupied).
"Ocean Bleu" offers 35 m² with a large bedroom featuring a 140x190 cm double bed (new mattress), a small bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed (new mattress), and a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed suitable for a child or teenager under 1.5 m. Perfect for 4 adults or a family.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be ordered for an extra charge through the concierge (beds made on arrival included).
Enjoy free parking, a bike shelter, and a terrace with sea view. Fiber optic wifi and HD TV are available.
The beach is just 20 m away, La Govelle beach is 5 minutes away, and bike rentals are 1 km away. Batz-sur-Mer center is a 2 km walk.
The property is easily accessible by TER train at Pouliguen or Batz-sur-Mer, TGV at La Baule or Le Croisic, and by Lila Presqu’île bus line 6 (between train stations and the apartment), with a stop right opposite the villa.
An ideal spot for hiking or walking along the GR34, or cycling to explore the peninsula’s coastline via the Vélocéan bike path, which follows beaches, coves, bays, and crosses the inland salt marshes.
