Very cosy, luxurious villa "Cedrus". In the hamlet Juršići 8 km from the centre of Svetvinčenat, residential area (villas), 15 km from the sea. Private: property 1'050 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, patio (10 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 15 km from the property. Heated swimming pool (extra). It is necessary to notify us 7 days in advance if you wish to have the pool heating turned on.
