Located in Pornic, this beautiful 120 m² villa welcomes up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms: the first with a 160 cm bed, the second and third each with a 140 cm bed, and the fourth with a 160 cm bed. The villa offers 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, plus a laundry room with freezer, washing machine, dryer, and an extra fridge. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, barbecue, and a dedicated workspace.
Outside, relax in your private, enclosed garden with a large terrace, garden furniture, and parasol. The heated private pool (6.5 x 3.5 m) is secure and accessible year-round. Unwind in the private jacuzzi for 4.
Parking is available on site for one car, with more spaces on the street. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace (ashtray provided). Parties are not permitted. A free shuttle service (Pornic municipality) to the train station is offered.
Heating is available for an extra fee. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 5 minutes’ walk from Porteau Beach. A tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot.
