Just 200 m from the beach, in the quiet harbour village of Fedderwardersiel right behind the dike: Our house, built in 2024, accommodates up to 8 people (max. 6 adults)—modern, high-quality, and tailored from top to bottom for families and pets.

Your own sauna—a real treat, especially in fall and winter
You can use the sauna free of charge. After a walk along the dike, you can warm up here—the highlight of the house on cold, wet days. The lockable, covered terrace (winter garden with sliding doors), featuring an extendable table for 8 people and a gas grill, invites you to sit outside even in wind and rain.

Made for families
A baby cot, high chair, stair gate, outlet covers, and a large collection of games are available. The fully fenced-in yard with a children’s play tower and swing is safe for children and dogs. Up to 2 dogs are welcome—bowls and a dog blanket are provided.

Living and sleeping
Three bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (180 × 200 cm), plus a sleeper sofa in the living room for one child. Fully equipped open-concept kitchen, a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sauna, as well as a separate guest bathroom with a shower. You can use the washing machine and dryer free of charge, and the underfloor heating ensures warmth year-round. Wi-Fi is available.

The Location
The fishing harbour with its fresh fish stand is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the dike is right outside the door. There’s space for 2 cars right next to the house, and an outdoor electrical socket is available on the patio. Peace and quiet, nature, and the North Sea are all right nearby.
