The apartment is located 5 minutes away from both Europa-Park and the Herbolzheim (A5) highway exit. You can park conveniently and securely on the property and then access your apartment directly via the outdoor staircase.

It’s ideally located as a starting point for excursions in the region—Kaiserstuhl, Europa-Park, the Black Forest, Alsace, and Taubergießen.

With 55 m² of living space and an additional conservatory of approximately 20 m², the apartment offers plenty of room for you to truly enjoy your holiday.

The queen-size bed (160x200 cm) is sturdy and features a solid headboard. With two pillows on each side, you’ll have plenty of comfort for reading or sleeping.

The bathroom was newly renovated in 2024.

The kitchen is equipped with a new stove and oven.

⚠ Please note that the staircase leading to the apartment is a bit steeper than usual (see photo). The steps are sturdy, and there are handrails on both sides. Otherwise, there are no issues. If you do not have a physical disability, you will be able to use the stairs without any problems.

However, if you do have a physical disability, booking this apartment is not recommended.
