The apartment house is centrally located - not far from shopping facilities (400 m) as well as restaurants and the city beach Susanski Plaza (700 m) and yet quietly embedded in a beautiful garden with a communal grill area and pool. The last 500 metres to the accommodation lead through a narrow street uphill into the quiet residential area of Susanj, which, due to its slightly elevated location, allows almost all apartments a magnificent view of the sea. Up to 4 parking spaces are available on the grounds of Villa Delfin, as well as a central waste bin.
