Petrina Nicole - Norderney

The "Petrina 3" holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the "Petrina" building. The “Petrina” building is on Langestraße. The apartment offers approximately 42 square metres of space and can accommodate up to 4 people. The beach (here: Weststrand) is just a few steps away—about 500 metres. The centre of the island, with several restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to two additional guests. This makes the apartment ideal for families or small groups. The kitchenette is well-equipped. The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, has a modern design. A highlight of the apartment is the 7-square-meter balcony. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (coin-operated), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Dogs are not allowed in this holiday rental.
