The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen and an additional counter. In addition, the entryway leads to a hallway with a coat closet and a modern bathroom. From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious terrace, which spans the entire width of the house for a total of 18 square metres.

The living area has a welcoming design and, with a large corner sofa, smart TV, and free Wi-Fi, offers plenty of space for cosy moments.

The dining area offers enough space for all guests and is perfect for eating, drinking, and playing games together.

When the weather is nice, the additional dining table on the terrace can also be used, and the cosy outdoor lounge offers the perfect spot for a sundowner and balmy summer evenings outdoors. An awning is also available to provide shade over the dining table.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The open layout of the kitchen creates a pleasant, sociable atmosphere for sharing the space.

The two bedrooms on the upper floor are accessible via a slightly steeper, space-saving staircase.

Beneath the holiday home’s distinctive roof peak is the attractive bedroom with a spacious double bed measuring 1.80 cm in width. Comfort-sized duvets (155 x 220 cm) for both summer and winter are provided for all beds.

Opposite is the second bedroom, which is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The two bedrooms can be separated by a door. A large desk offers plenty of space for working from home. A wardrobe and additional shelves provide storage space for clothing and suitcases.

Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge to ensure a relaxing holiday.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a spacious sink. A washing machine is also available for guests’ use. A hair dryer and bath mat are also included in the bathroom amenities.

In winter, the holiday home can be heated using night storage heaters and infrared heaters.

Ample free parking is available in the holiday home car park. You may pull up directly in front of the house to load and unload. Bicycles can be parked on the property if needed.
