Thanks to the wood-burning stove, the sauna, and the spacious living area, the house is ideal for a year-round vacation on the Baltic Sea coast in Mecklenburg. On the first floor, the spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area offers plenty of space and comfort for the whole family. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a DVD player provide entertainment. The living area features a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth during the colder months. Firewood is provided. The dining area seats 6 people. For younger guests, a high chair, a baby bathtub, and—upon request—a travel crib are available. Also located on the first floor are a guest restroom, a sauna with a luxury shower, and an utility room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, etc.
New as of 2026 - On the upper floor, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom An is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a closet, a dresser, and a cozy sitting area with a reading chair. Bedroom B features a French bed and a dresser. A third bedroom, Bedroom C, is currently being prepared. It will feature a French bed (140x200), allowing you to use the bedrooms in a way that best suits your individual needs. The bedding is suitable for people with allergies. The bedrooms have windows with built-in insect screens. The modern bathroom, located beneath the distinctive bat-wing dormer, creates a cozy atmosphere. In addition to high-quality bathroom fixtures, you’ll find a bidet, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower with a real-glass shower enclosure. The south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, two chairs, two benches, and a parasol, as well as a beach chair and garden loungers for relaxing. A small electric tabletop grill is provided. The garden invites you to relax and play in the wooden boat. Two parking spaces are located directly on the property. The property is fenced. An electric charging station is available for a fee.
