The 70 m² Immergrün apartment in Frohnstetten accommodates up to 2 guests in a bedroom with a double bed (200x180 cm). A travel cot for infants is available on request. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a selection of spices. The apartment has heating in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom, plus a fireplace in the dining area. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a private TV with video-on-demand, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a workspace. The bathroom features a rain shower, bathtub, heated mirror, and hairdryer.



Enjoy the 100 m² fenced communal garden with furnished pergola and barbecue area. Through the kitchen window, you can spot the property's own chickens in their outdoor enclosure.



A parking space is available directly at the house. Up to 2 pets are welcome; a dog bed in the living room and food bowls in the kitchen are provided. Events are not permitted, and quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am must be observed. The apartment is on the ground floor; the upper floor is permanently rented.
