Comfortable 3rd-floor studio with a sleeping area featuring a fold-away bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. Equipped kitchen with a new induction hob and new combi microwave/oven, opening onto a small terrace with sea views. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet in the hallway. TV recently updated. Prime location close to the promenade, shops and public transport.
