Fully renovated 6th-floor studio, located directly on the seafront promenade. Sleeps up to 5 with a sofa bed for 2 and bunk beds for 3. Bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and sunny terrace offering breathtaking sea views. Modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Tram stop nearby.
Wi-Fi: yes. Garage included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
