Barn 1746 - Unique luxury apartment for 8 people

Welcome to the North Sea...
The Scheune 1746 in Tating is a historic property that was completely renovated in 2026. This very exclusive accommodation offers 160 m² of living space and combines rural tranquility with high-end amenities.
Spanning two floors, it offers a total of 5 rooms, including 4 bedrooms with blackout pleated blinds and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub in the second bedroom, and is designed to accommodate up to 8 people. All bedrooms are equipped with bed linens and towels. With 3 bathrooms, 3 walk-in showers, and an additional bathtub, the house is equally suitable for families, couples, or a comfortable stay for multiple generations. Pets are allowed; youth groups are not permitted. This is a non-smoking property.

The unique loft-style living area on the ground floor features an open-concept design: the kitchen opens onto the living room and dining area. Hardwood floors in the living and bedrooms create a harmonious, well-maintained atmosphere, while underfloor heating and central heating ensure comfortable living even during cooler seasons. For relaxing moments, there is a sofa area with a sofa, TV, and a hi-fi system; there are a total of 5 TVs (44–55 inches), including one in every bedroom. A wood-burning stove enhances the cosy atmosphere on quieter evenings.
A pinball machine adds a special touch and provides entertainment in the home.
A Vespa and a Bonanza bicycle serve as decorative highlights, embodying every man’s dream.

Convenient for longer stays: A washing machine and dryer are available for your use, as are an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a full range of appliances for everyday use and cooking together: induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, a separate freezer, dishwasher, as well as a kettle and toaster. For coffee lovers, an espresso machine (portafilter style) is available. There’s also a classic drip coffee maker. A SodaStream is provided as well. A pinball machine adds a special touch and provides entertainment in the house.

Outside, the garden, lawn, and patio invite you to enjoy peaceful moments. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a beach chair are provided, complemented by the garden and garden views as well as an exceptionally beautiful landscape view. The location is rural, in a village yet pleasantly secluded—perfect for guests who appreciate relaxation, romance, and nature. Due to the thatched roof, barbecuing is unfortunately prohibited.

Contactless check-in/check-out is available; a free private car park with 3 spaces is provided.
