It features 3 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, and a private, fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, capsule coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and food processor.



The villa provides air conditioning and heating in every room, Wi-Fi, a private TV in each bedroom, a washing machine, and a private game console. For families, there is 1 baby bed, 1 high chair, toilet seat reducer, potty, children’s dishes, shared toys and books, and beach games.



Enjoy the private 125 m² garden with trees, a covered pergola with dining area, an open terrace, a patio, and an outdoor shower. A shared barbecue for 10 people and sun loungers are also available.



Free street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. One pet is welcome, but parties are not allowed. Self check-in makes your stay easy.



This genuine fisherman’s house combines modern comfort with Provençal charm, featuring cement tiles and traditional terracotta floors. Just 50 m from Mourillon beaches and 200 m from Mitre Beach, you can easily walk to the Provençal market, shops, and bus stops. The villa is in the heart of the famous Mourillon district, near Fort Saint Louis. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Bed linen is available for an additional fee.
