Charming red and white holiday home with lake view near Vimmerby

Welcome to Lyckan! A beautiful house from 1915 with a view of Lake Krön. This house has plenty of space for the family. Large garden with space for playing and running. The house is charmingly preserved in an older style, with a modernized kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are available.



The house is located in a small village, with a view of pastures and the sparkling waters of Lake Krön. Two kilometers away is the smaller town of Södra Vi where there is a grocery store and gas station. Only 10 minutes from Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. About 40 minutes to Mariannelund, Bullerbyn and Katthult. About 45 minutes to the sea and Västervik.



A better beach with sandy beach, café and canoe rental is on the opposite side of the lake, about 10 minutes away. There are also other beaches in the area.



Downstairs with hall, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

Spacious living room and dining room. High chair and junior chair available. From the dining room there is access to a south-facing balcony with lake view.



Upstairs with hall, a smaller room with access to a balcony and two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (180*200, 2 single duvets) and the other with two single beds. In the hall towards the balcony there is a cot 60*140 cm. A folding travel cot/crib is also available for loan.



There is a parking space next to the house, another car can be parked outside the property or at the landlord's.



Good to know: trains pass the house every 2 hours, but less often during the high season and no later than 9 pm.

It drives very slowly past and warns with a short signal when it approaches the crossing.
