About this property
Modern lake house with outdoor bathtub and fireplace - quiet location
Welcome to a house (109 m²) built in 2018, located right on the lake with its own swimming area and dock.
The terrace extends almost to the water’s edge, and the glass-enclosed porch makes for cosy evenings even in cooler weather. Perfect for late summer in Sweden.
Amenities:
• 109 m² of living space
• 2 bathrooms (one fully tiled)
• Sleeps 5 in the main house + 1 in the guest house
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Fireplace
• Glazed porch
• Large terrace facing the lake
• Outdoor bathtub with a view of the lake
• Private swimming area with a dock
There are summer homes located some distance away. During the rental period, the area is usually very quiet.
A 10-year-old British Shorthair cat (female) lives on the property and has her own access. She is calm and independent and needs to be fed daily and given some attention.
Available for rent from August 15 through September 30.
Price negotiable. Longer rental periods preferred.
