Located in the heart of a pine forest within Domaine de la Savinière in La Tranche-sur-Mer, this ground-floor studio offers a peaceful, natural setting—perfect for a relaxing holiday. The studio features a fully equipped kitchenette (combination oven, two electric hobs, mini-fridge), a shower room, a sleeping area on the ground floor, and a living room with TV and a sofa bed.



A mezzanine, accessible via a Japanese step staircase, provides two additional beds (a single bed and a bench bed). With a ceiling height of 1.70 m, this space is especially suitable for children. Please note, the Japanese step staircase and some low ceilings make the studio unsuitable for young children and tall guests (entrance is suitable for those under 2 m).



Outside, enjoy a private terrace with a plancha grill and garden furniture—ideal for outdoor meals. The quiet, pine-surrounded residence also offers a shared pool open in July and August.



Ideally located next to the cycle path, you can easily reach sandy beaches, the town center, markets, and water activities. La Tranche-sur-Mer, known for its sunshine and natural scenery, is also a great base for exploring the state forest, Aiguillon Bay, La Rochelle, and Île de Ré.
