Enjoy an elegant bedroom with private bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, fan, baby bed, high chair, and breakfast included. You have access to the estate’s pool, a game room with billiards and ping-pong, and a greenway crossing the property. Summer nights are usually cool (17–20°C)—sleep with the windows open, no air conditioning needed. Table d’hôtes available by reservation. Pets welcome. 15 minutes from Mirepoix, 50 minutes from Toulouse.

Welcome to Domaine de Marlas, a 19th-century farmhouse with exposed stone and beams, set in a 13-hectare park in Rieucros. Here, you won’t find a hotel or modern décor—just an authentic rural home where old-world charm makes all the difference.
