Located in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, the ground-floor villa apartment offers 80 m² of space for 4 guests, with a private terrace and awning. The accommodation has its own entrance and is part of a property where the hosts reside, ensuring attentive maintenance and a warm welcome.



Inside, you’ll find 2 bedrooms (with dressers and wardrobes): the first with a 160x200 cm bed, the second with two 90x200 cm beds or, combined, a 190x200 cm bed. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, extractor hood, hob, utensils), a living-dining room with TV, bathroom, separate WC, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Linen rental (bed sheets and towels) is available and included for stays of one week or more.



Outside, enjoy the garden and pool house overlooking the south-facing pool. The pool house includes sun loungers with mattresses and parasols. The summer kitchen, with views of the Maures mountains, is equipped with a fridge-freezer, professional electric plancha, oven, and double sink (hot water). A second terrace provides extra space to relax and take in the mountain view.



Parking is available near the house. The accommodation is for adults and teenagers only. Parties are not permitted, and only registered guests may enter the property.
